Whether to check in or to request towels, etc, it's a long wait. The staff each time have been excellent, just need more help. Maybe a second person at the front desk at busy times would help."

Busy budget hotel, many guests here for the cruise lines. The staff kept up with the extremely busy breakfast to keep food and coffee full. Very conscientious kitchen staff. More tables and seating options are needed, maybe extending the area into the lobby. "

"We were delighted to find this hotel. Its location is excellent. We took the 747 bus from the airport easily to within minutes of walking to the hotel. The Bell Centre was near by as well as shopping, many restaurants, Chinatown, arts centre etc. The hotel lobby is beautiful with a large koi pond.
