"This guesthouse was wonderful. We opted for a shared bath but never had an issue with it being unavailable. The rooms are very spacious & shared kitchen has a full size fridge to use as well as coffee & tea provided. We enjoyed the 3rd floor social room and the convenient parking and walk to shops & restaurants. There is a delicious bakery nearby we went for pasties a couple mornings....YUM! "

"It’s not very close to the downtown area and the room is smaller compare how it look at the pictures. I asked for early check-in (even it was expensive) a couple of times days before I arrived and I never got an answer. Then, I call costumer service and they apologized giving me a complimentary early check-in."

Just few bits that might need attention or improvement are The room didn't have a litter bin, there was one in the toilet but a small one. The toilet door could have been better, as the current door is just a sheet of wood with sliders fixed at top, Perhaps one on slider hinges on the bottom would make it more stable. "The room was great overall. It is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fine. It have all the essential and oven, however, there is not enough dinning space. The place always got crowed during dinner time. The lounge kept closed until my last day. Some hair dryer also not working. "
