"Just check out after a very good sleep. Bed very comfy and quiet. Very very clean very friendly staff and really good location. Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. Also water filter and coffee tea as much needed can take without pay penny. We are really had a good time with this hotel. Price also very cheap if compared. Thanks "

"Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. "1) Did not let us check-in till 5pm. Check-in was listed as 2pm 2) Toilet was broken and no soap was provided 3) Broken window that could not close in the room let in all noise from busy street 4) Room was hosed down to clean it making everything in room and bathroom wet, including the toilet paper. Dark hairs still in the bathroom sink 5) Received smaller room than booking 6) No water or basic toiletries like shampoo provided "

"Staying at The Bed, KLCC Hostel was a terrific choice for my stay in Kuala Lampur. The highlight was the location, as it was in the center of where you can easily access several of the sites you would want to see as a tourist. "Not worth the price paid. Very inconvenient as we only got one key and one parking space - not friendly for more than three person especially if you have separate plans. Towels looks dirty (white turned gray). Sofa had holes and worn out. One of the legs supported by a nutella container. No access to netflix even though services provided. No hot water in shower!"
