"Friendly staff, clean hotel. We were unable to go into the bar at the top floor because we hadn’t booked the most expensive room - we could access it if we paid £80/MR500, which we chose not to. It’s a shame this isn’t made clearer on booking. However, clean room, reasonably central. Pleasant stay. "

To sum up, I would go back back to Grand Hyatt KL in a heart beat and this time leave plenty of room (tummy & time) to fully enjoy the delicious breakfast!
