"Stayed here last year as well and I feel like the rooms are a bit dated and probably need some further renos. The AC in the room was a bit weak even after I asked and got someone in to change it. It was ok, but couldn't really get it colder. The fridge had issues when I first checked in, they had to change a new one. And finally there were ants ! "My wife and I had an excellent 3 night stay at the Grand Hyatt KL. It is situated in the heart of KLCC with nearby access to KLCC park. We booked a Deluxe Room (Tower View). Our room 2409 was stunning with floor to ceiling windows giving a view of the Petronas Towers and the park with its nightly fountain light show. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. This was our first visit to KL and we were very pleased that we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt."
