"Stayed here last year as well and I feel like the rooms are a bit dated and probably need some further renos. The AC in the room was a bit weak even after I asked and got someone in to change it. It was ok, but couldn't really get it colder. The fridge had issues when I first checked in, they had to change a new one. And finally there were ants ! "Lovely hotel in a great location close to transport, shopping and restaurants. I’ve stayed twice and this hotel and could hear noise from other rooms on both occasions. However, I did not hear street noise. "

"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."

"Loved the location, we booked a Premier Suite, so we would have a good view, and we did. Our room front door was sticking, actually had to put shoulder into it to open. The toilet had a very slow fill, at 1st I thought it was faulty. These are my only 2 criticisms. Yes the furnishings are older, but still good, room service were super efficient and i cant speak highly enough of the front desk staff, they helped with every enquiry or assisted when needed.
