"Great location above Pavilion Mall. Pool a little disappointing as it was smaller than it appeared in the pictures (15m maybe). Would have been nice if they had let us know that the power was going to be out for 4 hours on one of the days we were there when we made the booking rather than whilst we were there.. "Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!! "

"The room is big and nice decor. Staff at the lobby and check in are very attentive. Only problem is the staff at breakfast forgot to put our order and we wait more than half hour the food didn't come so I had to cancel my order. Very disappointed!"

"Great location, right next to the Bukit Bintang mall! I see location as a plus but some others might point out that texi always get stuck in traffic in that area. The hotel itself is very well designed. It is also being upkeeped in good condition. My room was very, very good. On negative sides I can say that I didn't like their breakfast buffet. But since I wasn't going to eat hotel food to begin with that part didn't bother me. Hotel is very expensive in Malaysian money. Again this also did...
