"Amazing hotel and location!! It is in the heart of Bukit Bintang (the shopping/nightlife area for tourists) so it was super convenient and very short walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also right beside a gigantic and beautiful mall. The rooms were massive and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Staff were excellent as well. Will return to this hotel if I'm ever back in KL!"

We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems.
