"This hotel is beautiful. Staff were nice & friendly helped me check in & out at a promptly time. Many lounge area to relax at. Even have a coffee room. I would definitely recommend 10/10. I’m visiting Chicago in 3months & definitely will be staying here again !"

"The hotel is very clean smells good. Staff services is excellent. The only thing I don’t like is the parking fee is very expensive. It is $62 per day. I suggest it should lower to $30 per day. "

"Good location for us - we wanted train depot access and it is a short walk from there. Very friendly and helpful reception people. Nice restaurant - good food and friendly service. Room was of a good size and clean and updated. Price reasonable. Only concern - couldn't seem to control the temp and fan via the room thermostat. We were chillier than we wanted to be. We would reserve this hotel again."
