"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"Fantastic small boutique hotel in Central Cusco with outstanding, helpful and pleasant staff! Great breakfast, cosy rooms, an authentic Peruvian vibe. Snacks and beverages in the central courtyard at all hours. Safe and secure manned gate at the front entrance. We had a great stay!"

"This hostel was very cheap! It is old and out dated. The staff was super sweet! We felt safe. Just hasn’t been updated in decades. Hot water was an issue at times. It served is purpose."

"This was easily one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff was so sweet and accommodating. We had an issue with our flights and ended up getting into Cusco 4 hours before our scheduled check in, but they let us check in anyways and let us get breakfast. It is perfectly located where it’s not too far from the Plaza de Armas but not too close. It sits a pretty steep walk uphill, but I honestly preferred it because the view from our window looked over all of Cusco. It’s stunning!"
