I felt I was in a fairy tale staying here! They even pre-lit beautiful candles just before we entered the room, and delivered breakfast personally in the morning. The staff are amazing and willing to help out how ever they can. It is close to some really great restaurants. The only challenge is walking down the hill. As a Canadian, we are definitely not used to the narrow roads and watching to make sure your purse strap doesn't get caught on a car mirror as the cars...

"The pictures look really good on the website and this property looks NOTHING like them!!! The room on the garden level was very stuffy and nasty smelling and when I asked for a fan, they could not provide me one, so I had to get air freshener! There is only one little window in the bathroom area and does not let in much light. The garden is unkept and the area can be noisy. The breakfast is delivered to the room which was nice, but it's not a pleasant atmosphere to eat there on the desk with...

"This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "

"Stayed in a private room with a double bed and private shower. Hotel room was cold, even in the afternoon. Blankets were free to rent but they charged 20 soles for a space heater. Service was slow but 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas was convenient."
