"Overall great stay. The only feedback is that the breakfast (hot food) option is very limited and only gets topped up twice. We went for breakfast around 8:30am and 8am noting that breakfast time is advertised until 10am), and missed out on the hot food both days. "

" The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding, especially as I dealt with an issue with LATAM; they went above and beyond to assist me. The building’s elevator is a welcomed convenience, as every step at 3,500 meters above sea level is no small feat. The view from the 12th-floor bar is truly breathtaking. While the room felt a bit outdated, this was reflected in the price, making it overall a good value for the stay. "
