"The Coal Shed is a great place to stay and so reasonably priced for what you get. It's cute, comfortable, stylish and well thought out. There is a self service bar with an honesty box, very cool! The local area is hip and Bristol city center is all walkable, although we got an Uber. Love this place and will definitely use it again next time we come here for a gig."

"Staying on the houseboat was certainly the unique experience that we'd hoped it to be. We arrived later than planned but a quick call to the host helped us navigate to the parking area and gave us directions to meet him at the boat. The boat itself was freshly made up for our group, it was toasty warm with central heating and a log burner. 2 single sofa beds in the lounge were a great solution. Breakfast was good but no veggie option for my wife and I did not like the cats walking around the dining room and at times sat on my lap and walked across the table."
