"The property was clean and as advertised. The host was readily available when needed. Our 2 1/2 year old great grandson loved the pool and spent as much time as possible enjoying the pool that was safely tucked behind a security fence. The location made seeing local attractions possible. Sea World and Lego Land were both a big hit. "

"This is a beautiful, well-cared-for classic home. Although necessarily compact, the layout is well-designed and very comfortable. The living room is bright, wonderful kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor sitting area in back. Great communication with the host. And yes, the driveway is very narrow, but the parking space is so very valuable here. An excellent experience!"

"We loved the location & enjoyed how quickly we could get to see all that we wanted to see. Only issue was Living Room tv was slow to stream & seemed to have WIFI issues, bedroom TV had no issues so we were able to watch Thursday night football in there :) this is my 2nd time renting from host as I had previously stayed in smaller unit. Look forward to booking unit again."

"It was the perfect set up; a senior citizen Aunt, two adults and an 11 yr old. It was a blended group, which included my aunt, my son, his dad (my ex) and I. We absolutely needed 3 bedrooms. Having a master bathroom for my Aunt with a step in shower was perfect for her. The other two rooms were perfect for everyone else. After a long, long day that started at Anaheim, went to Universal Studios all day and ended in San Diego, a helpful guide for places to eat and shop was so welcomed! Pizzeria...

"This was a great property. Everything in the listing and some extras. The location was perfect with walking distance to stores and restaurants, just a stone's throw from Balboa Park and the Zoo. Quiet, clean, and restful. Our host responded quickly the couple times we had questions. Would 100% recommend to a couple or a couple friends visiting San Diego. "

"This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. "
