"My friends and I were in town for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place for us! Clean, updated, well-appointed home with STUNNING views and very central location. We constantly joked that everything was ‘15 minutes away’ and it was!!! We each had our own bedroom and bath and parking was super easy. Loved sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds go by. Jaime was a very receptive host… when we had a problem with the coffee maker she addressed it right away. Would highly recommend!"

"We were supposed to come in right when the very first hurricane hit San Diego! The owner was communicative and let us know the status of the area so we knew we weren’t flying into a flooded disaster. We had one small issue with a missing tv remote and the handyman showed up with a replacement remote within the hour! The outside backyard area was a bit dirty but there was a tropical storm that had blown through the day before so I’ll give this piece a pass but this was not a useable space for us....

"Great place to stay if you’re looking for something a bit more cozy than a hotel and are planning to spend the day exploring SD or attending an event at the convention center. All the amenities were accurately described, check-in was easy, communication via the app was clear, and internet was fast. I found the apartment to be quiet despite air traffic in the area. I will definitely see if there is availability here the next time I come to SD for a conference!"

"The mattress and sheets were among the best of the many VRBOs at which we have stayed. Why everyone does not provide cotton sheets is beyond me. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very prompt to reply to our messages. The location is ideal, there is a 24-hour coffee shop right across the street. There are numerous restaurants within an easy walk, as well as drug stores and a grocery store. The small desk in the master bedroom and the Wi-Fi proved very handy for doing some...
