There is a “microwave room” with ice machine on the second floor. Free coffee in the morning (main floor near the stairs. There are no elevators). Tile flooring (no carpets). If you want convenience and low cost, This place delivers. Its pretty thread bare right now. Carpets and furniture are worn out. You have to pay for parking but it is walking distance to restaurants and the attractions at Clifton Hills. If good weather, it is walkable to the falls. The front desk staff was friendly.
