Sometimes you can hear people walking around in the hallway. The bathroom from the room felt miles away but this was kept clean."

"I stayed at the Europa for one night to attend a formal Christmas party. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they let me check in a little earlier than the 3pm check in time. I stayed in a single room on the ground floor which was clean and had everything you would expect considering the price of the room (kettle, tea, coffee, towels, USB sockets, electric heater etc). The room was warm enough but, more compact than i expected and getting ready (hair, make-up etc) without a dressing...
