"Clean and comfortable bed. A little dated and bathroom a little on the small side but was fine for one nights stay . Great price and breakfast choice excellent . Only small crititism would be upgrade to a better coffee machine for Latte or cappuccino etc. other than that no problems. Only other thing was on the corridor the doors when walking through said push not pull then opposite side was not correct . Bit misleading if there was a fire people would panic. "My friend and I stayed a night and it was perfect. The parking was very easy, and while I slept in, my friend thought that the breakfast that was included was great. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!"

"The honeymoon suite was big and comfortable. Very clean and staff werevery helpful. The hotel is right in the centre and opposite pubs so it was quite noisy in the street in the evening because of nuisance idiots playing up. Amazing breakfast and because of where it is its easy to walk to all the fun of Llandudno. I was not happy with stair fire doors being propped open so closed them when I passed."

"Comfortable bed, quiet roommates. Long walk down to the showers from the top floor. No real sitting area other than hard benches in the dining room. Had to wait until pizza service was done before I could use kitchen in the evening. Pizzas looked amazing though!"

"Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. "Welcone pack and communication was good and was lovely to have a bottle of wine in fridge. When we arrived we spent most of the afternoon cleaning place as wasnt in great condition sadly. "We enjoyed our stay in Wirral. Mark was very easy to work with, and kind enough to warm up the hot tub before we arrived! This property has a beautiful garden and outdoor space to enjoy!
