"The room was a bit small but adequate. Downside there were quite a few stairs but no lift. Will definitely go again but will stay on a lower floor. The staff were fantastic , friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Cooked breakfast was one of the best ive ever had. Loads of food , good choices. Hotel situated in ideal place , near the pier and everything within easy walking distance. Beautiful view over the bay with sea view room. Will definitely return to this hotel "

"We visited the hotel for a 3 night stay to incorporate The Welsh Open Snooker tournament as a birthday gift for my husband. The owner is lovely and couldnt do enough for you. The room was decorated as it was valentine's evening when we arrived, it was super nice and a huge suprise to have fresh rose petals and two romantic balloons on the bed. "Pebble house was beautiful and clean. The seaview room we had was excellent.Breakfast was lovely and fresh .you can have breakfast in the dining room or breakfast in bed .The coffee machine in the room had lots of different pods and the coffee tasted lovely .Only thing I would change would be softer pillows on the bed they were to hard for us . otherwise brilliant will definitely visit again 😁"

"Lytnon house is a lovely B&B to stay.The accommodation is of a very high standard.It is spotlessly clean.The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and cooked fresh to your individual requirements. The hosts are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Its ideally situated for a stay in Llandudno which has a lot to offer."

"I stayed 2 nights in the Merrydale Guest house Fri-Sun, attending a Conference. Check in was quick and easy. Bed was really comfortable, plenty of space in the room. Coffee/tea, hot cocolate provided in the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Cooked breakfast was excellent, hot, and set you right up for the day"

"What an amazing place to stay! Both Gareth & Rana were amazing hosts and very welcoming. The property was outstanding, and could not fault any of our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. If you want to visit Snowdon and the area, this is the place to stay. "

"Great location and wonderful property. It was just a touch chilly as there are no radiators other than a small electric convection heater which we weren’t sure about so didn’t use. Other than that, everything think else was top drawer and the host extremely helpful. "

"My friend and I stayed a night and it was perfect. The parking was very easy, and while I slept in, my friend thought that the breakfast that was included was great. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!"

"The honeymoon suite was big and comfortable. Very clean and staff werevery helpful. The hotel is right in the centre and opposite pubs so it was quite noisy in the street in the evening because of nuisance idiots playing up. Amazing breakfast and because of where it is its easy to walk to all the fun of Llandudno. I was not happy with stair fire doors being propped open so closed them when I passed."

"We thought the property and the owners were amazing. The tiny small gripe we had was the bed we thought was slightly broken on the left side, other than that everything was very good. Will certainly consider rebooking."

"Our apartment had everything and more that we needed to enjoy our stay. It had a well equipped kitchen in order to cook a variety of meals. The lounge and bedroom areas were comfortable, and the bathroom had a spacious shower unit. There was also had a parking space right next to the door. Will be booking again!"

"Great stay at a great price. Excellent value for money and very close to pier etc. The breakfast was fabulous and filled us up for each day of exploring. Staff are polite and friendly. Without exception, they were brilliant with my five year old granddaughter. The rooms do need an upgrade but they were very clean, lovely and warm with tea making facilities. Amazing value for money! "

"Friendly welcome and an easy check in. I was visiting to attend the Welsh Open Snooker so didn't spend much time in the hotel. My single room was cheap in price but well set up and very clean. Great bed and shower. Nice range of courtesy drinks in the room. I didn't buy breakfast so I cannot comment on food or bar service. I will stay here again"
