"The staff was very nice but unclear about having to recheck in when we decided to stay another night. Cane in from beach to find key not working. Wouldn’t give new key until I showed ID - all of which was in my room. Luckily I found a pic of my license on my phone. Bed needs to be replaced. Pool area is very uninviting. Needs shrubs or a high fence. "

"We were switched from one of the villas to the Omni Hotel. This was an upgrade because we had an ocean front room. The room was nice, but the resort nickled and dimed us to death which annoyed me. We had to pay $40 a day for valet parking at the hotel or $25 a day to self park in an inconvenient lot. If I have to self park, then the parking should be free. "Everything for the most part was great. My wife got an attitude 3 times from Cantrell on the night shift (she believes that was her name), but everyone else was superb! James and Carmen were exceptional. I know space was limited but I would have liked to have seen more HC parking. Also two things with the room, the toilet was too close to the wall imo, and it might be a good idea for you to invest in some rubber mats for the showers. The porcelain is very slippery.
