"The Villa was perfect for our family and had more amenities than anywhere we have ever stayed. The curved reclining sofa unit was great for important Football watching and the table in the "sunroom" was a nice separate space for playing board games. The neighborhood was lovely & quiet but so convenient to shopping. All communication with the owner was promptly responded to. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to for several people to work in. I would highly recommend staying here again!!!"

"It was disappointing. We booked a month and would have left sooner if we hadn’t paid. Unfortunately the bathroom fixtures needed repair and should have been looked after before we arrived, not during our stay. I am glad she did finally listen and have the tap replaced. The oven did not work in the stove and needed a repair man. That too was fixed The fridge needs to be replaced and has a leaking problem. The screened in porch needs screening repair. Only three dining chairs for a four guest...

"This unit is perfectly situated on the Plantation. Beautiful view overlooking the Atlantic. The unit itself is fabulous for a month long vacation. We’ll equipped with plenty of room to invite friends for a visit. We actually have the same unit reserved for the months of October and November. Can’t wait to go back to the island."

"This condo is great! We loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. One real bonus is being on the ground floor and still having ocean views. Our family loves Amelia and this condo and hosts were very accommodating. Hate that our stay was so short. We will be back!"
