"The location is walkable to the beach and waterfront. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and exactly what I had booked. I found it concerning that hotel doors from parking area were never securely locked. As a matter of fact the inside pushbar on the door was zip tied so it wouldn’t lock. The elevator was equipped with a room card pad to enable guests to access rooms. I Learned that this safety feature was also broken, enabling anyone to walk in through...

"We loved our stay on Amelia island!! We celebrated my mothers 80th birthday and it was perfect!! The home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a wonderful view of the golf course and just a short walk to the beach!! "Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."

"This condo was perfect for 2 family's (4 adults, 4 teenage kids) Thanksgiving vacation! The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the living room/kitchen area is huge! Well furnished and modern. "This house was amazing. It is a split rental with a downstairs separate from the upstairs, but we were one big family and occupied both spaces. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was quick. The beach access is five houses down. We took the chairs that are available at the house to the beach. Both units have their own washer and dryer and full kitchen. We’re looking to stay here again next year.."
