The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbeque grills for your convenience. The Terraces at Beachside are the closest oceanfront condos on Amelia Island, FL to Historic Centre Street and the island's Victorian beach town, Fernandina Beach. Historic Fernandina Beach offers many unique shopping and dining experiences for every visitor! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. The Terraces at Beach side is wonderful for a romantic getaway or reserve multiple rooms for that much needed family vacation. Beautiful 1 bedroom condo located in the area we wanted stay in. Close to the Sandbar and a couple miles from Sliders. Not far from the vibrant historic downtown where we enjoy Peppers Mexican restaurant, shopping at the Tea & Spice exchange and the other local stores.

Location was perfect for us. Easy walk to the Sandbar and Saltlife. Flectcher Avenue is bikeable. The unit is small but had everything we needed. I like that it had a washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable. Nice that parking is covered. We would stay there again!

Great 4th of July Stay
We had a great trip visiting Amelia Island for the 4th of July. This location had everything that we were looking for during our stay. It’s probably the best location that you can find right on the beach. Their communication was top notch especially given that it was a holiday weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice condo,tho cozy, the parking space is absurdly close to a concrete pillar, but we had a maintenance issue, and the maintenance man was there in 5 minutes. A good experience overall.

Great spot right on beach.
Beach lovers dream! We were just steps away from the beach, and close to all necessities. The only issue was the late check in. We wished it was an hour or two earlier. The company wouldn’t allow you to check in even 5 minutes early. Overall it was a great stay and we would go again.
