"The property offered perfect easy beach access and is a short walk just across the street from the beach. There were tons if towels and beach and pool toys, and we felt like we had everything we needed. Terrie was responsive and the process went smoothly. We would definitely rent this place again!"

"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was new and clean. They have a new couch since the pictures. The bedrooms were pretty and mattresses were great. Communication was easy. We had a small issue with one lock and they were prompt with sending someone to fix it. We would love to stay here again. Being able to walk out onto the beach is fabulous! The deck furniture is very nice too. We enjoyed sitting out there. (Just FYI this is on the small stretch of beach that allows locals to drive on it. It wasn’t an issue until Saturday when some underage kids pulled up with many vehicles and were drinking. We called the beach security and it was handled very quickly. I only bring this up to say if it should happen, just google the non emergency police number and they will send someone. There was a family in unit next to us that left beach early because of it and I don’t want that to happen to future guests who don’t know who to call.) "

"The communication issue was not due to the owner, but VRBO. I tried to send the below message about the t.v and parking as a reply to the check-in email, but I received a response that email was undeliverable. I was only allowed to rate with stars. Then I had to download the app.We really enjoyed this condo. The view was amazing and the condo was well stocked.There were only two issues. One, the big t.v. in the den would not turn on. We found additional batteries for the remote, but that wasn’t the problem. We also checked the surge protector and tried to actually press the button on the set itself. Everything else on the surge protector worked fine and the t.v. In the bedroom worked. Honestly, we didn’t even watch t.v as the weather was beautiful and we were only there a few days. The only other issue that would be a concern for future guests is about parking. The instructions said that we didn’t need a permit except during holidays. We parked in the assigned space for E-6 and there were many available spots closer. Today, when I got in the car, there was a typed sheet on my windshield that I needed to come get a permit from the office or my car will be towed. Of course, the office wasn’t open on Saturday and we were leaving anyway, so I just threw away the notice. I’m glad my car didn’t get towed! It would seem they would have put the sheet under the door of the room and contacted the owner if they have changed the policy.Overall it was a very good stay. "

"Fantastic location, Updated property with great kitchen and common space. Very clean. Highly recommend this choice and will definitely hope to lease this same space again next year!. One small note: third floor with 3 beds has no closet space and no A/C in that room. A bit hard to keep that room cool without freezing everyone else. "
