"The location is walkable to the beach and waterfront. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and exactly what I had booked. I found it concerning that hotel doors from parking area were never securely locked. As a matter of fact the inside pushbar on the door was zip tied so it wouldn’t lock. The elevator was equipped with a room card pad to enable guests to access rooms. I Learned that this safety feature was also broken, enabling anyone to walk in through the lobby and ride the elevator to any floor without being a paying guest of Springhill Suites. I’m surprised a property manager allows this to happen."

"We went to the Omni Amelia with our 3 kids and had a blast. The indoor pool was great since it was really cold when we were there. The shuttle was quick and easy to use. Our room was great and they provided a pack-n-play for us. We love the Omni."

"I was worried about this property because of other reviews but it really exceed our expectations and we can't wait to plan a trip with friends and go back! The kids club was awesome - shout out to Bailey because she was the counselor for a few days with our son, but all of the counselors were great! Heated pool at main building was amazing too. Food and drinks were awesome. Had the best espresso martini from the girls at the bar at the main lobby."

"This was a cute hotel room with a nice free breakfast in the morning. It's right across the street from a beautiful beach. Also right across the street is a fun restaurant, Sliders, that we loved. We walked out to the beach in the morning with some coffee from the hotel lobby, then came back after the sun rose to eat some breakfast. Will definitely return!"
