Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach [4-min walk to the Beach]!!

Permit RRDP00918-2019 Owner-operated, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom two story condo located within a 5 minute walk to a quiet beach area where locals and nearby homeowners throw down their towels, chairs, and enjoy the sound of the ocean.

Use the provided beach cart to easily load the chairs and boogie boards included with the rental.

After spending time at the beach either collecting shells, fossilized shark’s teeth, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings, you can return to your comfortable and quiet vacation condo for a quick plunge in the pool located just feet from the back porch. If you are a tennis player, your vacation condo is also just a few steps away for a quick game or two.

If you love to cook and feel like cooking on vacation then our well equipped kitchen with new appliances and cookware, Keurig coffee maker, and large expanses of counter space will meet your every need. If you want to head out on the town for lunch or dinner then a couple of my favorite downtown spots are The Green Turtle and The Salty Pelican. Feel free to contact me during your stay about things to do in the area and restaurants that I think you'll like!

Perfect Beach Cottage
Overall this was the perfect beach getaway. Very clean, everything is updated and close to the beach. We are a family of 5 and the guest bedroom was perfect for the 3 kids. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Adorable Town Home in a Quaint Beach Town!
We really enjoyed our stay in this pristine little town home - perfect size for 2 couples. The town home is maybe a 3 to 5 minute walk from the beach - perfect location! Also a very easy drive to "downtown" Center Street, which has a historical feel with LOTS of great restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again!

The Condo is well situated and easy to locate. It’s proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The decor is Awesome and and the kitchen is outfitted with everything a small group could need. We had a wonderful two day stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

We love this condo!
We love this condo! Always a pleasure to stay here. Ms. Kathy is always communicative and a great host. Two blocks from the beach and many great restaurants are only a short drive away. The week was looking suspect regarding the weather but turned out to be gorgeous! Our fourth year here, and we certainly plan to return.

This VBRO Property is our Home away from Home.
We always select this property when visiting the beach. Cleanliness, organization, and different comfort zones inside the Unit have remained top-notch. Having easy access to the beach, the pool, parks & trails as well as restaurants is awesome. Parking is also easy.

The perfect spot!
This is the 4th time staying here and it never disappoints! Location to the beach just a short walk around the block. Location to Salt life is a nice walk. Fort Clinch is a very nice bike ride away! The condo is always clean and really does have just about everything you would need!

Very relaxing stay
We stayed for a month and appreciated the very comfortable beds and convenient location. We felt it was a bit "over-decorated" with fragile nic-nacs. Our 4 year old grandson visited for 10 days with his mom, so we felt compelled to "hide" much of the objects so they wouldn't get broken (nothing was).

Beautiful well kept condo
Condo is very clean and well kept with everything you would need. Owner responds to any communications immediately and is very kind! Back gate of condo leads right to pool gate which is super convenient.
