"My friends and I stayed here in June 2024. The house is really nice in a great location, super close to the beach, no crosswalk to cross to the beach but it is a slower road and we never had any issues. Plenty of room for 5 people. Sometimes it was easy to hear the upstairs guests walking around but it was not too bad, and out of the property managers control. "We stayed here for couple days. Great layout. Clean house. Ney updated. Pool across the street had tons of ants everywhere and debris in the water. So we went to main resort pool at omni and was fine the first day but second day it was crowded and they required wristbands which we didn’t qualify for since we rented through Vrbo and not Omni. Which to be fair it does say that on the listing but of course it I only seen the asterisk after being asked to leave from Omni pool."

"booking and checkin, great. Arrival, driveway, entry and back porch filthy w/ yard debris/dirt. There had been a storm, we felt someone could have come out after, used a blower for our arrival. We had filthy shoes, the doormat outside was wet and filthy as well. There was no mat to wipe your feet and/or a shoe rack for dirty shoes inside door. The yard big and spacious w/tall weeds and very sandy. We brought a dog, but were unable to walk him on the property like we thought we would frm...
