"Beautiful hotel right on a beautiful stretch of beach located within walkable distance to restaurants and close driving distance to Old San Juan. The staff was warm and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to see. My only concern was that the room was unusually small, but the overall services and hospitality of the staff made up for it. Would definitely stay again."

"Property was a nice stop and was comfortable. Continental breakfast daily. Unfortunately the music and laughter into the late evening made sleep difficult. "

"Lovely resort but our room wasn’t ready and check in time (4pm) and desk clerk wouldn’t tell us how long it would take til we could check in. We went back an hour and a half later and room still wasn’t ready. Tired from a very long day of traveling, we asked to talk to a manager who kindly found a room we could check into. An unpleasant start to an otherwise lovely stay."

"Overall the property was great and met some great guests, who partook in conversation. At times, the front staff was appeared to be more involved in their devices. It’s always great practice in the service industry to show hospitality and look up to acknowledge guests and inquire if they have questions or need something. "
