My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Axel and the other coworkers, staff are absolutely amazing. They are always smiling and ready to guide assist etc. Definitely worth coming back to stay and visit. We will be recommending to friends and family for sure. Gives you apartment studio vibes. The restaurant next door tutti bene delicious we had it twice, two times in a row & the good truck in the corner Yaya yummy. You’ll love it.

The only reason this place does not get ZERO stars is because it is actually a very pretty hotel that is located in a decent area. I had PAID for my stay and did not get checked in until 8PM when check in is at 4! The room that I had booked was not available because someone extended their stay knowing they had that room booked for someone else the next day. That room was reserved for me and they left me with no other option. I HAD TO WAIT FOUR HOURS TO GET A ROOM! You would think I would receive some type of discount or refund but there was no accommodation at all. The two employees at the front desk did try their very best to help me out but this place was very disorganized. This hotel is still under construction with a big water issue causing water leakage in certain rooms. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel anytime soon. Seriously such an inconvenience.

Very helpful staff, would definitely stay here again. Away from all the tourism in an artsy spot downtown. Parking is typically free in surrounding areas, safe area, and plenty of food options around.

The hard part of the floor in the room was always wet as if something spilled. The walls were dry, so was the ceiling from what I could see, so I ruled out condensation. Also the air was not on cold so it wasn't humidity.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my recent stay MetroArt. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted with a warm smile from Kennethe. Axel the following day was just as accommodating and helpful and Luna on our last day was also amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with plush pillows and high-quality bed that made for a great night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the modern amenities, including the smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, which worked flawlessly throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large shower and luxurious toiletries. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Santurce District, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Public transportation is easily accessible, and many popular sights are within walking distance. With a Puebla supermarket across the street, a Meson on the corner, several restaurants on the same block and a few bars as well. The service was truly the highlight of my stay. Every staff member I spoke to was professional, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests. I highly recommend MertroArt to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The combination of excellent service and a prime location made the experience unforgettable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to the PR.
