"The location of the hotel is great. Stuff welcoming. We had the queen bed, smaller but nice room. The only negative thing was very strange and loud noise starting at 6:20 am on Sunday morning. It woke us up and was impossible to continue sleeping. The same noise happened on the Sunday night after 22:20. Thankfully did not last for a long so our second night sleep was not disturbed. I read somewhere that Quebec City has no noise policy from 23:00- 7:00. Not sure if that is true considering the...
