"Was a good stay, the staff were accomodating, but were sometimes difficult to reach. Other than the leaking ceiling in the bathroom, my room was clean with fresh bedsheets, towels, shampoo etc"

"it was perfectly fine for a hostel. everything was clean. it would be good if they noted a private room & bathroom does not include a sink. There was a large sink outside the bedroom but I just ended up using the shower tap. Sound does travel down the hallways easily. I liked the place for my needs and I enjoyed the Kensington area around the hostel."
