The staff were very friendly and accommodating (coming from someone who doesn’t speak nearly any Japanese). "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I needed a bit of help with the check-in process and the staff member there was so helpful and nice. The capsules are so comfortable, clean, and SUPER cool, it's like sleeping in a spaceship. And the shared spaces (bathroom, shower, dining area) were perfect. So clean and available for all my needs. I only wish there a cool air option for inside capsule, then it would be PERFECT! 9/10 would recommend if you're staying in Saitama!! "
