"I really love the location. The JR station is only a stop away from Ueno, and two stops away from Tokyo! Apartment is slightly far from the station after a day of walking and shopping, especially you are carrying so many things. There was renovation nearby which is the minus point. Receptionist was nice. Able store luggage before check in time. Luggages were in the room before we came back to check in. Pretty awesome. Apartment is big. Minus point is the microwave is spoilt. We didn’t notify...

"The location had a lot of walkable places to eat and shop. It was very clean, the staff were great. The only drawback to the rooms with the bunks is that it is very dark like a cave. We had two adjoining and felt like we were in a bunker with little space to move. The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. It was not as enjoyable to “lounge” in the room during downtime.
