"I stayed here for a few nights. The hotel bed is rock hard and not comfortable at all for sleeping. The room and bathroom are clean. The hotel provides toothbrushes, free bottled water, and daily housekeeping. WiFi is also strong and good, for China, meaning websites and apps are blocked if you don't have a VPN. The closest subway metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. The cheapest rooms here do not have a window."

"Everything is very old and outdated. Toilet was smack against the wall and uncomfortable to use while water runs everywhere from the sink. Paint and wall paper chipping and falling everywhere. Lights way too dim. For the price paid, we have stayed in much better places in ShenZhen so I don't recommend this one."

"This hotel easily has the worst staff of all hotels i have ever seen, including comedy, drama and tragedy movies. They cancelled my booking, yelled at me that i had no booking, demanded payment for the room they had cancelled, and then blocked the elevator and refused to let me leave. In my home country that is very very illegal. My recommendation is: avoid this hotel at all cost"
