因為前兩次體驗非常好，所以才在3個月內第三次選擇這間酒店。今次我們是選擇特級客房，一張特大雙人床，388平方呎。但前台服務員安排呢間房給我們，打開房門最驚訝是這間房只有半個窗，我正覺面積不是388 平方呎。房間非常局促，感覺唔舒服。於是要求換房，幸好服務員積極回應，最後換了同層另一間房給我們。房間清潔一般，枕頭、床單和被鋪都有一股不清新的味。
