"It is absolutely amazing. This hotel and staff treat you like family. They will bend over backwards to provide excellent service. They go beyond the extra mile to assist you. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Security is top priority. The hotel is located close to central Santiago , so you can walk. However, the location is a quiet and safe street. Great location. We were SO pleased and happy with this hotel. Breakfast was included and very tasty."

"Great place to stay for a few nights! The location is close to the metro station and also to some landmarks like Palacio La Moneda y Plaza de Armas. Staff was polite, breakfast included, cool backyard and Pool. There was a kitchennette very convenient and in general, a great experience. The only low point is that the zone is a little bit dangerous, mainly during the night. Always try to return before is dark. With day light by your side there is nothing to worry about."

The room was spacious and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Initially, the location seemed a bit sketchy, but it turned out to be in the heart of everything, making it very convenient to explore Chile Centro. I would definitely stay...

"I took the polar transportation and then I have to work about 12 minutes it was very nice distance. One of the common areas with tables and chairs in the patio was only for people who celebrate like special event not for just anybody who gets to the premises. "
