"Good Hotel especially right down from Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord (5-6 min walk). The room is a bit tiny but able to move around though. Good for the price. I would stay again if I have to make a short trip. Also it can be loud since its right outside the train station areas but honestly, I slept through it."

It was perfect for our large group coming to Paris for a reunion.  We used it for a gathering spot, but only six of us were able to sleep there, which meant one person had a not very comfortable place to stay.
