"The large common area is spacious and lovely with a large dining table and a good kitchen. It was perfect for our large group coming to Paris for a reunion.  We used it for a gathering spot, but only six of us were able to sleep there, which meant one person had a not very comfortable place to stay. Originally a workshop, two loft areas were built to create the maximum number of sleeping areas, but many of those areas are cramped or dark. One sleeping area has ceilings too low to stand up. "We loved this hotel, it was clean and friendly! The family room was perfect for us, everyone had what they needed and enjoyed breakfast. We really appreciated all the help from the front desk and how close it was to the train station. We even could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the window. I would definitely stay again. "
