"This hotel is very convenient for those travelling through Gare de Nord and Gare d'Est as it is situated between the two. It is easy to find on leaving the stations and the facade is clean and well maintained in a busy area of Paris. It makes a good base to explore the rest of Paris from as well. I stayed one night at this lovely hotel and wish it had been longer. It is clean, comfortable and felt very safe as a lone woman traveller. "Great experience, quite a quirky place, but for Paris it was a great change - the bar area is brilliant also as is the courtyard - the room is massice if not a little odd in terms of arrangement. The check in was easy online with several email prompts making that process super quick and simple, check out the same. "

"Kind of hard to have the sink inside the shower, which means if you wanna want to brush your teeth you are standing on a wet floor, which is above the level where the toilet is, but the shower spills water everywhere onto the floor. It is unavoidable."

"Everyone of this property was extremely nice, but the area did not seem safe. I traveled alone and did not feel safe at night walking by myself so I took Ubers constantly just to make sure I was safe. If I was with someone it may not have been as bad, but to be honest with you there were definitely a lot of homeless in the area. The room was very small and so was the bed. Other than that, the hotel was very clean."

Quirky, friendly and fun in an awesome location

"We spent a lovely week here. Hotel staff were great and accommodated us showing up an hour early. The decor is wildly quirky - I felt like I was in the Red Room from Twin Peaks for a bit - but the longer we stayed the more it became clear that there was real thought and care put into all of it, and it tied in nicely to the surrounding neighbourhood and its people. A coffee table book commissioned by the hotel shared stories of the area and helped give a deeper sense of the place. Everything was set up in a fun way, right down to the rotary dial phone. The bed was comfy and the wifi was quick and reliable. Location can't be beat, you're steps to transit connections to anywhere you could want to travel in or outside the country. Great restaurants at all price points nearby. Street-facing rooms have some noise - it's Europe's busiest rail station after all - but surprisingly peaceful most of the night. There are some quirks you might not like - USB chargers only on one side of the bed, bathroom light can't be turned on without turning light on in the room, shower has little privacy and can be seen from the bed (IDK maybe that's a selling point for you!), but I loved my stay here and would 100% come back, or stay with this chain in other cities in the future."

Blooming Lovely!

"Exceeded my expectations. Spacious room with clever layout. Smart TV that allows you to chrome cast so not limited to local TV, good for those who want to chill in the hotel room. Pool & other amenities were very good. The hotel presents very well & looks like a new hotel. We had a 6 month old baby with us and the cot in our room was very comfortable & baby slept all night. The hotel is located at about 15 minute drive from Gard du Nord station and has grocery shops & restaurants within walking distance. If I had to improve something, though the staff as a whole were great, the restaurant service team could’ve been friendlier. Also, the beds had one rather flimsy pillow per person so could’ve been more comfortable. Nonetheless, we are planning to stay again when visiting Paris. "
