"Customer service was excellent always somebody there to greet you or help you with anything you needed. A few of the staff were quite helpful with my Taxi reservation and printing off some paperwork. The area was perfect lots of restaurants, shops beautiful park very close to the river, which was my favourite area to walk. Loved it very safe highly recommend staying at this hotel and in this part of Paris. The hotel room and bathroom were very small. I was a little surprised by that, but that being said everything else was so excellent that that didn’t seem to be a problem for us at all."

"I paid extra taxes and fees with Expedia when made reservation online. When I checked out I was asked for more taxes and fees which came to 79 Eros I paid it. I should have questioned that. Then the next morning the Concierge asked for more ‘City Fees and taxes of another 29 Euros. No time to argue car waiting for me to go to airport. I refused to pay it and left. Check those fees I think I was charged 2x for the same thing. "
