"I was charged for a coffee that I did not drink at the rooftop Café. And they charged me for a small bottle of water when I checked out even though I told them that I had been charged for the coffee . Other than that my stay was very pleasant. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating and friendly . We tipped them every day. We had the room facing the street so it could get loud for some people."

"Hotel is beautiful, and we had an amazing ocean view. We could see Copacabana from end to end, as well as Sugarloaf mountain. The rooftop pool was a great place for drinks, and the (somewhat small) infinity pool provided great heat relief. Excellent customer service everywhere in the hotel!"
