"The check-in process was super easy, all automated. You do have to pay for parking but we used the garage which was a block away and it was 12 for the day. The place was very modern and clean. The location was great, about a block off the pedestrian mall. There are 3 restaurants right next to the house, if you needed a quick bite, It was quiet during our stay and we had a great experience. I would defy stay here again! "

"Stayed for a quick trip to go to a UVA basketball game. Host was very responsive leading up to the stay. House was well appointed, clean and very accommodating. Host was responsive throughout the duration with any questions. Would definitely recommend!"

"The cleaning crew was just finishing up as we arrived and they were so nice and, most importantly, very thorough with their cleaning. The view of the water was beautiful. The kitchen is the most fully-stocked kitchen we've ever experienced in a rental. We'd definitely come back."

"My family recently took a trip to Charlottesville and this house was a great choice! We had plenty of space, a great open kitchen area to cook and lots of fun hanging out. I would highly recommend it!"

"It worked out perfect for us. It’s secluded enough that if my dog barked, he did not disturb anybody. There’s a hiking path right next to the side so I could take my dogs for a nice long walk. Even though it was secluded, it was close enough to any place around. Shopping was only nine minutes away. Downtown Charlottesville was just a very short ride."

"Sam was a wonderful host for our three generation family visit to Charlottesville. He was responsive and helpful, and made sure our trip was a success. The house is very centrally located making it easy to get to all the various things we wanted to do. The three bedrooms and bathroom were lovely and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, so perfect for the kids who went to bed early. Overall we had an outstanding trip...
