"We loved the great-room just off the dining/kitchen area, as well as the boat dock for lounging and kayaking. Used the patio for grilling and campfire with s'mores. The location at the north end of the lake is a convenient launching point for area attractions. Couldn't really use the spare sitting room as a bedroom, but fortunately we didn't need it. Had a few minor issues, but the owner/host was very responsive. "

The property itself was really nice. It was just the right size for a couple and it had a grill which was a plus. "The cabin was the perfect way to spend a weekend getaway. The views at sunrise and sunset were to die for. It was just as nice spending time in the cabin as it was hiking in Shenandoah and exploring nearby Orange. The entire weekend was such a nice escape from the city. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here."
