"We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

Unfortunately it needs some maintenance (of issues submitted to owner) and updating of kitchen amenities Plates, glasses, eating utensils, etc need to accommodate the 16 people staying in the house. "We loved our stay. House was perfecf for our group of two families staying together. Beds were very comfortable, everything was extremely clean and organized and the host was great and very helpful. Easy walk to the Corner and to the Downtown Mall. We loved sitting on the back screened porch and the kids loved the fun basement. We would absolutely stay here again. "The cleaning crew was just finishing up as we arrived and they were so nice and, most importantly, very thorough with their cleaning. The view of the water was beautiful. The kitchen is the most fully-stocked kitchen we've ever experienced in a rental. We'd definitely come back."
