"Please note this is a family hotel which may be exactly what you are looking for. However, this involves kids running around parking lot and hallways. Hallways are all wood so there is a loud echoing sound. You can see from my previous reviews of other properties that I’m not one to complain. We found the need to eat the prepaid expense and move to another hotel."

Spa treatments were also available and can recommend the full body massage from Susanna. We were looked after by a very attentive and friendly Anita every evening. This is a boutique hotel not to be missed in a very central location, by the river and a few minutes walk from the main Penkbahn gondola in Mayrhofen."

Somewhat isolated location away from the town, but a shuttle bus is on hand throughout the day. Wi-Fi was pretty intermittent throughout, but good mobile phone reception."
