"The hotel itself was beautiful and my room with a loft appeal overlooking the canal was great. However there was a lot of construction in front of the hotel along the canal and the road near it and my canal view was that of construction. It was very close to the trams, restaurants, shopping and sites. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful with the exception of one employee who seemed like she was too busy for my questions. "

Good breakfast and they have some goods to sell in the lobby, very convenient when everything is closed already. For my American fellas, no AC is normal in Netherlands, it is never too hot comparing to US and they are green. "
