"The staff was fabulous! Per my previous request, a shower chair was put into our shower. When checking in, we were offered an accessible room if necessary, and were asked to please let them know if there was anything else we needed. They were always friendly and willing to help. "

I've contacted them, after my stay, about my receipt and even though Hotels.com made it kind of difficult for us to contact directly, they manage to help me right away. "location was perfect for the event we were going to and had lots to offer in terms of supermarkets and restaurants. also the coffee from the bar in reception is really nice. hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful if needed. so much space in the room. bathroom was great. the only thing was the temperature control in the main room wouldn't go up so was slightly chilly."
