"This hotel was located in Zamelek island area-touristic safer quieter location. It was clean, little outdated, good view from window, had spa and coffee shop on site. They let us leave luggage after checkout while we took a day toor. The area felt safer than downtown, not close to any sightseeing. You would need to take taxi to go everywhere. "

"The staff is very accommodating, the rooms are lovely and I was given a late check out with no extra charge. The elevator isn't safe (we know first hand) and Communication with reservations to resolve issues beforehand is impossible. Having said that I would stay here again but only send my luggage in the elevator. "

"- extremely clean, recently remodeled and renovated. Nicely furnished, all amenities are present. All utilities are new. Great place looking over the Nile - in the upscale district of Zamalek, extremely safe at anytime day or night, all kind of stores are around the place. - Mr Ayman, the host, is great and responding within minutes, very courteous and pleasant - I plan to book this every time I go to cairo."
