"I loved my stay at this hilton. The staff took very good care of me. I wish had gotten there names but everyone was so nice and accomidating. I booked a sunrise camel ride at the pyramids that had a driver pick me up at 5:00am in the morning and the security guard( older gentleman) went to make sure my driver was legit before letting me in the car. The food was great and the lounge was relaxing. If i had one complaint js that i hate that the pool closes when the sun goes down. I would have loved...

"The kettle in the room was broken. I asked for a replacement and never got one. They do not leave a sheet with the extension numbers you might need. I got a hold of room service and asked for a copy of the menu, never got it. It was almost like they were hoping I’d forget I asked for things. Room service apparently also stops at 4 PM. The receptionists were unusually and irrationally hostile; they also kept repeatedly asking my friend and I what rooms we were in every time they would see us,...
