"Me, my best friend and my fur baby were there for a concert. The apartment was awesome! Very safe area in a gated community. Wonderful furnishings. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. I do have a couple suggestions, the kitchen needs baking pans, more teaspoons, and maybe wine glasses. Overall, I look forward to booking again and would highly recommend this apartment!"

"The house is as pictured - bright, lovely view, updated furnishings, terrific kitchen. We appreciated the big coffee-maker. Check-in was was and intuitive. Communications with the owner were prompt, professional, and helpful. Although it was too cool to enjoy the pool (gorgeous!), we had great walks on the beach and on the nature trails nearby and loved the restaurants and bars in Fernandina beach. We would return."

"Water pressure was a bit low for the shower. There was no sponge in the kitchen that I could find. I have never stayed in a VRBO so I am not sure what is supposed to be there and was is not! I did not turn the ceiling fan on in the bedroom because the light would have stayed on. I could not reach the pull string to turn the light off. My stay was excellent. "

"This was a great spot for our trip for the Georgia-Florida Game. Right next to a great area in Jacksonville full of food options and stores. Right across the river from the stadium and only an easy hour walk over or an even easier trip by Uber or such. The property was great for my partner and I with our two large dogs. The owner was great and welcomed all of us in. The king size bed and the AC helped us sleep great all night. Highly recommend and will consider in the future. "
